
We aim to provide the most efficient and flexible IT and computer office equipment cleaning services. For example, if you are unlucky enough to have a fire or a flood (or any kind of emergency where you need our services on a one-off basis), simply call our helpdesk and we will have a team on-site as soon as possible.
To maintain our high standards, we ask that each IT cleaning job is signed-off. This contact allows us to ensure we are fulfilling your requirements. It also means we can gain valuable feedback to improve and develop our IT cleaning services.
We have a dedicated helpdesk which is completely focused on your requirements. As well as our emergency service, we are also able to offer a call out service with a multitude of response times for customers who have specialist equipment – such as ATMs or kiosks – which need urgent attention.
The process is simple. Once a job has been logged we will send you an e-mail to confirm. Then, once the job is completed we will forward you another e-mail to confirm the job has been closed. Our supervisory staff will also be able to keep you informed of progress as necessary. With access to your own bespoke web portal you can track and monitor such it cleaning requests from their origin through to closure.
