PROtech take the time to visit your premises to carry out initial checks and risk assessments and from then on we maintain regular contact. Our staff will visit your premises to carry out their cleaning duties and our Customer Service Team will look to communicate by email or telephone according to your preference.
As we are part of Rentokil Initial, PROtech IT Hygiene have the resources to assist you in emergencies for example when there is a one-off cleaning job to be carried out at short notice. We ask that each cleaning job is signed-off so we know we are fulfilling your requirements. It also means we can gain valuable feedback to improve and develop our services.
As a PROtech IT Hygiene customer, you will also be able to contact us through our dedicated helpdesk wherever you are based in the UK.
