Our staff are professional and reliable, and we take great care to maintain good communication with our customers. We are highly experienced and always look to provide IT equipment and computer cleaning services which are most suitable for your requirements.
We take the time to visit your premises to carry out initial checks and risk assessments and from then on we maintain regular contact. Our staff will visit your premises to carry out their cleaning duties and our Customer Service Team will look to communicate by email or telephone according to your preference.
Support and communication
As we are part of Rentokil Initial, we have the resources to assist you in emergencies and when there is a one-off cleaning job to be carried out at short notice. We ask that each cleaning job is signed-off so we know weare fulfilling your requirements. It also means we can gain valuable feedback to improve and develop our services.
As a PROtech IT Hygiene customer, you will also be able to contact us through our dedicated helpdesk wherever you are based in the UK.
