Customer Service Manager

Our Customer Service Manager is a key contact point, and will be able to assist you with day-to-day enquiries as well as provide useful information concerning your PROtech IT Hygiene contract.

Hygienists

We train the personnel who visit your offices to very high standards. This means they are comfortable working under controlled conditions or in sensitive environments. All wear our PROtech IT Hygiene uniform.

Team Leaders

We encourage our staff to take on responsibility and develop their careers. Our Team Leaders manage their staff to ensure that every job undertaken for you is completed strictly according to our regulations and guidelines.

Health and Safety Manager

We do not compromise on health and safety. Our Safety Champion and Health and Safety Manager ensures that the work our staff carry out at your premises adheres to all relevant health and safety requirements.

We build our teams to ensure that high standards are maintained in the work we do. We keep our work under regular review to ensure that the services we provide remain on target to meet the needs of your business.
