
We aim to provide the most efficient and flexible IT and computer office equipment cleaning services. For example, if you are unlucky enough to have a fire or a flood (or any kind of emergency where you need our services on a one-off basis), simply call our helpdesk and we will have a team on-site as soon as possible.
To maintain our high standards, we ask that each cleaning job is signed-off. This contact allows us to ensure we are fulfilling your requirements. It also means we can gain valuable feedback to improve and develop our services.
We have a dedicated helpdesk which is completely focused on your requirements. As well as our emergency service, we are also able to offer a call out service for customers who have specialist equipment – such as ATMs or kiosks – which need urgent attention.
The process is simple. Once a job has been logged we will send you an e-mail to confirm. Then, once the job is completed we will forward you another e-mail to confirm the job has been closed. Our supervisory staff will also be able to keep you informed of progress as necessary.
